Established in January 2023, Human Potential Plus Sdn. Bhd. Is a start up that aims to offer Human Resources support to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Malaysia. 

Our team of expert consultants has collaborated and worked together for four years in Corporate HR and collectively possesses an average of 25 years of individual experience in HR. Over this period, our consultants have successfully addressed diverse challenges and implemented various solutions.

15 years’ experience in HR specializing in talent management, Aaron is specialized in talent attraction, mobility, development and performance. He is familiar with building employment branding for global organizations operating in Southeast Asia and United States.

He has actively worked on process improvements and requirements on HR IT systems for various HR functions such as disciplinary, time & attendance, payroll, benefits and performance management. He is knowledgeable in hiring of Foreign Knowledge Workers (FKW) in Malaysia.
